nning. Luckily Mike has 4 wheel drive because it was freezing rain on top of the snow and ice we had received throughout the day. We were so thankful for loving friends who took the other kids while we headed to the ER. Six stitches later we made it home to put all of the kids to bed wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap just in case!!!! Ella was very courageous and didn't cry at all during the stitches process!!! For Landon we offered to put a lip ring in but he graciously declined.

Stitches

Not really enough snow to sleep but there were beautiful icicles on the house. In the afternoon Landon attempted to knock some down and while he did succeed he ended up with a pierced lip fro the falling icicle. Completely fell point first and went through his lip. We were fortunate after checking with several Doctor friends to have a vote for no stitches. Landon was flooded with relief!!!! During this time Ella has been at a friends house and didn't know anything about Landon's injury. However in only a few hours Ella fell while ice skating and busted her chin open and needed stitches for sure. We were not with her do of course it sent my heart spi
