Two kids in camp

So two kids with first overnight camps this week.  Breaking a momma' heart.  I thought I would be dancing a jig with a little free time on my hands in the morning and instead I have been an emotional mommy worry about how each kid is doing.  Landon is off in TN with our youth group and having a large time!!  God is good all the time and this is a week of teaching me to trust Him more.  Praying for each of these kiddos to have a blast!   

Camp

Dropped Ella off at camp today and I am a blubbering mess tonight!   It's her first overnight camp and she is certainly growing up.  I am so proud of her courage.  I never went to an overnight camp as a child so I don't have anything to think back on.  I am praying that her fun is so tremendous that she isn't homesick at all.  I am thankful that she did know one other person at camp!  I can't wait to hear all about it but it's going to be a really long week for me as I wait.  

Happy 11th birthday Ella!!

Ella tired 11 on Tuesday and oh how I love to celebrate this sweet girl!!  She is kind, sweet, silly, intelligent, critter loving, outdoorsy, curious, and all around loving.   She is an excellent big sister and wakes early with great expectations and excitement for the day ahead.  I love you Ella Boo!!!
