Thursday, July 24, 2009Getting back on schedule slowly. Kids certainly miss the beach but certainly are enjoying being back at home as well. Sleep patterns are returning to normal as well which I am really happy about.
Some things I left out about the beach. Ella played a full round of putt putt for the first time while at the beach. Because she had so much fun we went out again to play another night. Not only did she play the full round in t
he 98 degree jungle weather with 89% humidity, she got her first hole in one. We were psyched about it and she was so proud to tell her dad. Landon tried out a real tennis racket at the beach and although he probably still prefers tennis on the Wii, he has found ways to play tennis in our backyard. Today he had Nannie out there with a large inflatable ball and two play rackets and was playing patio tennis. Eli is enjoying just getting to go in the backyard without his mom worrying about the alligator in the lagoon that was in Hilton Head.
